8am Oat cake made with 50 grams oats, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4 banana, cinnamon, water (300 calories). This was surprisingly heavy – probably because I’ve gotten used to having green shakes in the morning rather than oats.

8:30am 1 apple with 2 tbsp all-natural crunchy PB (250 calories).

10:20am Green shake with 1 cup cold water, 1/2 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder, 4 inner leaves romaine lettuce, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds and 3/4 frozen banana (200 calories).

11am Another green shake, same as above (200 calories).

1pm 2 raw brownie balls and 1 raw veggie cracker (200 calories).

2:30pm 1 carrot (25 calories).

4pm Piece of apple with PB (75 calories).

6:30pm 2 cups root vegetable medley (250 calories).

 Total calories: 1,500. I was working from home today so that meant that there were a lot more opportunities to eat, even if I wasn’t super hungry – like this morning. Hmmm. Going to have to figure out a way around that. At any rate, the day turned out with a decent calorie count :)

Exercise: 10 minutes Pilates; 1 hr 10 minutes walking; 3 sets (10 reps per set) of each of the following exercises: leg lifts (30 lbs), regular crunches, bicycle crunches and side-to-side crunches with an 8-lbs dumbbell.
