Day 19 of the Vegan Challenge
Yesterday, on Day 18, I ate:
– Bowl of grapes, strawberries, and cantaloupe
-1 apple with plenty of PB2
– Bowl of the sisterroommate’s tasty chili
– Veggie medley parfait with layers of cucumber, carrot, cauliflower, and tomato
– 1/2 curry pastry, a few handfuls of grapes, a carrot, a slice of gingerbread drizzled with icing, and a glass of Yellowtail Shiraz
– Oven-roasted corn on the cob, a grilled tofurky frank with homemade ketchup, another small bowl of chili, some grilled mushrooms, and an apple with PB2
– Oil-popped popcorn with salt
My sister and I split the bowl of popcorn and I didn’t feel yucky afterwards, so that was a success. Now I know my limitations of how much popcorn I can have in one sitting.
Yay for having popcorn and not feeling yucky! That’s why I don’t keep popcorn/chips at home because I don’t have anyone to share them with and can’t stop at a single serving. 😉
