Day 24 of the Raw Food Challenge

Yesterday, on Day 23 of the Raw Food Challenge, I ate:

– Small piece each banana and pineapple, 1 glass lemon water with 1/2 scoop calcium/magnesium powder and 1 probiotic capsule, and a breakfast salad: romaine lettuce, spinach, shredded carrot (easier to digest if it’s shredded than chopped), tomato, hemp seeds, clover/radish/alfalfa/mustard sprouts, and frozen blueberries

– 2 bananas and 1 apple with walnut butter, a few pieces pineapple, some dehydrated squash “rice” and a few dehydrated sunflower seeds, plus a chocolate ball and a glass of water with 1/2 scoop calcium/magnesium powder

– 2 apples

– 2/3 cup veggie medley (corn, carrots, peas, and green beans) and 1 mug green tea
