A Year of Love and Walking

We begin our adventure frolicking in the snow in November 2009, shortly after meeting near the end of October...

...we make each other laugh a lot...

...and often fail in our attempts to keep a straight face...

...this past summer, our snow frolicking turned into mountain hikes...

...and even after spending a few days out in the wilderness without any "me" time (and getting pretty muddy), we were still smiling happily together...

...In addition to mountain hikes, we roamed near little waterfalls...

...and strolled down streets. Long walks are still a favourite way to spend the day...

...and when the day is over, we're comfortable staying in for the evening.

It’s been a lovely year.

I will definitely address this next week!

But in a nutshell – yes, eating raw is helping my emotional eating to some extent.

And hey, if you ever want to talk to someone about EE, feel free to e-mail me 🙂 It’s something I’m constantly struggling with. I think it’s good to talk about these kinds of things with other people who are experiencing the same feelings/urges.
