Day 21 of the Raw Food Challenge

Yesterday, on Day 20 of the Raw Food Challenge, I ate:

– 1 apple with cinnamon, 1 1/2 bananas with cashew butter, and 1 glass lemon water with 1/2 scoop calcium/magnesium powder plus a digestive enzyme capsule

– Zucchini chips (dehydrated and dusted with sea salt/black pepper/cumin) and a few apricots

– 3 carrots chopped into sticks and 1 mug green tea

– 5 romaine lettuce wraps filled with lentil sprouts, quinoa sprouts, clover/radish/alfalfa/mustard sprouts, tomato, cucumber, and crumbled juice pulp patties, with 1 mug green tea

– 2 apples with cinnamon and 1 mug green tea

– Chocolate banana ice cream (1 frozen banana, 1 tsp cacao powder, a bunch of cinnamon)

– Some leaves of romaine lettuce, juice pulp patty smeared with sunflower seed butter, some dehydrated squash “rice”, and 1-2 cups of carrots/green beans/peas/corn (this was from a frozen bag that I thawed out by placing it in warm water for a while)

– 1/2 banana with about 3/4 chocolate brownie, plus some water
