Dealing with Dryness in the Winter
Lip Balm Review
One of the problems with winter is that skin automatically becomes incredibly dry. Check out the video to hear my ways to keep your skin and lips moisturized when the weather threatens them!
I forgot to mention in the video, but I also really enjoyed the flavours of orange bergamot and chai lip balm that I tried. Orange bergamot reminds me of a creamsicle, only better.
To receive 15% off Crazy Rumors lip balm, enter coupon code CR15 upon checkout. They also have holiday gift sets and a line of candy cane flavoured lip balms! Yum.
How do you deal with dry skin in the winter? What’s your favourite brand and flavour of lip balm?

My hands and lips have been so dry lately! I try to put lotion on every time I wash them to keep them soft!
Definitely after washing! That’s a big one.
Yeah, I remember those chapped lip days from living in the North. Living in Florida it’s the high humidity days that rule our lives most of the year, or when I make the mistake of traveling to snow country for a ski trip or the like.
When you review an anti-perspirant I’ll be paying attention 🙂

LOL! Thanks!
My husband actually bought me a wax parafin kit – you melt the was in this container and its big enough to even soak your feet in – it helps so much with our dry weather, and we also have a humidifier in the bedroom too.
Thanks for the video! 😀
Oooh my feet would be so happy with something like that!
Petroleum jelly. All year.
Haven’t tried that one before!
Great video and tips Sagan, thanks!
Let’s see… I’ve always liked raw shea butter and raw cocoa butter. I find them in natural food markets, though they are hard to come by at times, they leave your lips SOOOO soft!!!!
Oh, that reminds me – I’ve heard that coconut oil does wonders! Haven’t tried any of those. But they SOUND lovely.
I love Burt’s Bees for my lips and Neutrogena hand creme for my hands. I struggle with dry skin in the winter.
Urgh, my lips are perpetually dry. I always carry some kind of lotion, moisturizing gel, or lip balm with me wherever I go. My favorite lip balm flavor is something foodie…like cupcakes, watermelon, or latte. 🙂
I’m so not surprised that those are your favourite flavours 😀
Hmmm…I think I’d just lick it all off and defeat the whole purpose 🙂
