Healthy Foods to Add to Your Diet
The following is a list of some of the foods that are super high in nutrients and fantastic to include to your everyday diet. Love the bee pollen. I use it everyday without fail. It’s an awesome energy booster in my opinion. I never tried the others but I think I’ll add some dandelion leaves to my next smoothie! Thanks for the tip. Great website too BTW.
I don’t get enough time to exercise due to my hectic work schedule & also am suffering from digestion problem. My choice would be Bee Polen to deal with my improper digestive system.
I’ve heard people swear by Sea Buckthorn which I always thought was odd but this the third time I’ve seen it now. I’ll give a try! I’m always up for a new supplement (can you be addicted to supplements?)
