Day 23 of the Raw Food Challenge

Yesterday, on Day 22 of the Raw Food Challenge, I ate:

– 1 apple with cinnamon, 1/3 banana, 1 glass lemon water with 1/2 scoop calcium/magnesium powder, a few walnuts, juice pulp cracker with sunflower butter, and some romaine lettuce leaves

– 2 mugs green tea and fruit salad with 1/2 apple, 1/2 banana, and cinnamon

– 6 romaine lettuce wraps with crumbled juice pulp cracker, red pepper, tomato, lentil sprouts, quinoa sprouts, clover/alfalfa/mustard/radish sprouts, and cucumber, plus 1 mug green tea

– 1/2 apple and 1/2 banana with cinnamon, plus 1 mug green tea

– 2 carrots chopped into sticks with 2 mugs green tea

– Zucchini, beet, and eggplant chips (all of these were sliced, sprinkled with cumin/sea salt/black pepper, and popped into the dehydrator for about 8 hours- delicious!), a few sunflower seeds, and a glass of lemon water with 1/2 scoop calcium/magnesium powder. I had planned on taking a photo of the chips, I really did, but then they were so good that I ate them too quickly. Sorry. I’ll try to get the camera out quicker next time 😀

– Chocolate banana ice cream using 1 frozen banana, plenty of cinnamon, and 1 tsp cacao powder

– Lemon water, a few chocolate balls (this would be the brownie, but rolled into balls. Woo exciting change of shape!) and 1 1/2 bananas, plus some more dehydrated sunflower seeds. I hadn’t intended on making the brownie, but I needed more of a chocolate fix, and I had run out of frozen bananas. Ah well.

– Some pineapple/banana smoothie that the roommate made (tasty!)

Cammy- Aren’t they AMAZING? Although I do prefer making them with PB2 as opposed to walnuts (just sub the PB2 for the walnuts- it makes them more protein-filled and decreases the fat/calories by an enormous amount).

Sophia- Yes, I think he’s been feeling bad for me that I’m munching on lettuce leaves whilst looking longingly at the curry and grilled sandwiches that he keeps making, hehe.
