Day 17 of the Raw Food Challenge

Yesterday, on Day 16 of the Raw Food Challenge, I ate:

– 1 big apple with 1 mug rooibos tea

– Carrot sticks and cucumber slices with 1 mug rooibos tea

– Salad with romaine lettuce, clover sprouts, lentil sprouts, and tomato with 1 mug rooibos tea

– 1 apple with 1 mug rooibos tea

– Small amount squash “rice”, handful corn chips, small piece of chickpea flatbread, 1 slice of cucumber topped with mashed cauliflower/sprouts/tomato, 1 slice cucumber topped with guacamole/sprouts/tomato, some romaine lettuce, and 1 banana with cashew butter

– A few big spoonfuls chocolate brownie, 1 apricot, and some pineapple with lemon water

– 1 mug Nighty Night tea

    Westwood- I’m down 3.6 lbs and 1.2 % body fat since January 1st. However, that’s also down 2 lbs and 0.5 % body fat from two days ago, so it might have just been a fluke. Energy levels, I’m a bit more tired by the end of the day, but getting SOLID sleeps, and I’m still able to go out for walks/skating etc without being wiped. Thank goodness.
