My eats for today

The last couple days were very nut- and grain-heavy, so I wanted to make today more green-focused.

raw breakfast

An oat cake and a double green shake for breakfast.

Morning snack: 1 apple, an organic Raw Revolution Organic Greens Super Food Bar (apple cinnamon flavour), and a handful of Go Raw spirulina Super Chips.

Lunch: Salad (mixed organic spring greens, 1/4 avocado, spoonful homemade dressing, chopped organic local mushrooms, some apple slices) and another double green shake.

Afternoon snack: 4 organic romaine lettuce wraps with PB2 and local honey, plus an apple with more PB2.

Dinner: Popcorn with buttery spread and a couple mugs hot chocolate (I caved! The cramps got the better of me. And it was tasty.)
