lately my fav activity has been the WII and a gillian michaels workout, I enjoy wearing comfortable workout clothing that I can easily move around in. thank you for the giveaway

My favourite fitness activity is walking. I like walking to Leslie Sansone DVD’s.
My workout clothes consist of stretchy spandex pants and a t-shirt.
Running uphill in our yard and frisbee! I usually wear sweatpants and a tee.
I love weightlifting! That’s my staple workout and I throw in some HIIT cardio once in a while that way it’s fast and over with soon haha. Yoga is my way to relax and also something I don’t do nearly enough anymore.
I’ve collected many many leggings over the years, but I’m pretty cheap. Most are from TJMaxx and a few lucky resale finds. I wear whatever tshirt I grab first, nothing fancy.

I am a giant sucker for any workout dvd by Jillian Michaels. I love her. I know some love or hate her, I honestly thought I would hate her, but I don’t. I think she is fab!!!
As for workout gear, I tend to be a yoga type pant and tank top (with support) gal.. and of course a good workout bra!
cycling is my favorite its great excerise and it also gets you out and you can discover places and things youve never seen before.
I love doing Pilates and running, recently I’v got really into resistance band exercises and Zumba. I really feel results fast!
I typically work out in racer-back tops and yoga pants or leggings.

My favorite fitness activity is power walking or dancing to music!
I am working on my weight, so for now, I just walk and do some easy workout DVD’s; I always do the modified workout until I get some stamina built up! I just wear a t shirt and sweat pants or shorts.
My favorite exercise is biking and I usually wear old sweats when I work out

My favorite activity is team sports-curling and Slo pitch especially. Lately I have been enjoying Zumba. I have one workout outfit. A pair of old lulu pants and an underarmour shirt. I look forward to getting some new gear hopefully.
